1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or communications of Thumbprint Experience ("Thumbprint Experience," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Thumbprint Experience provides travel advisory and trip-planning services, including but not limited to trip registration, itinerary coordination, and travel-related communications with our clients.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Thumbprint Experience operates an internal text-messaging system used by authorized staff members to communicate with an internal business assistant tool for the purpose of managing client outreach, email correspondence, and content drafting.

  • Participants: Enrollment in this SMS program is limited to authorized employees and representatives of Thumbprint Experience. Phone numbers are added by an administrator as part of an employee's internal account setup; there is no public sign-up.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on employee usage.

  • Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, as charged by the recipient's mobile carrier.

  • Opt-out: A participant may opt out of this program at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by requesting removal from their administrator.

This SMS program is for internal business operations only and is not used to send marketing or promotional messages to clients or members of the public.

4. Client Communications

Separately from the internal SMS program described above, Thumbprint Experience may communicate with clients via email, telephone, or other methods clients have provided consent to, regarding their bookings, registrations, and travel arrangements.

6. Bookings and Payments

Booking terms, payment/deposit terms, and cancellation and refund policies are described in our Booking Policy, available at: www.thumbprintexperience.com/about

By booking travel through Thumbprint Experience, you agree to the terms set out in that Booking Policy in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thumbprint Experience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to travel disruptions, third-party vendor failures (airlines, hotels, tour operators), or acts outside our reasonable control.

8. Third-Party Services

Travel arrangements booked through Thumbprint Experience may involve third-party providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurers). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or policies of these third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
